The Branch had a stall at The Haverhill Show, held on July 8th, on the rec. Sadly, The Branch were put right on the edge of the rec., a long way from the action and people, which made it difficult to take the “barrow” around and sell tickets.
The reaction of the public this year was disappointing, a feeling expressed by many other stall holders.
The Branch also had a tombola stall, organised by Jim, which did very well. Overall, we made a very helpful amount towards our bank balance.
I would like to thank all those who helped on the day, both adults and juniors.

T he winner of the barrow of groceries was Bill, of 1, Claudine Close, Haverhill.
