Meeting Commenced at 7 pm

Minutes from last minute read and accepted, proposed by William Hancock Smith & seconded by Bradley Phillips.

The Officials were re-elected:

Chair – Richard Phillips

Vice-Chair & Acting Secretary – Stuart Isaacs

Treasurer – Harrie Hallinan

The Easter Egg Hunt will be Easter Saturday, times to be decided closer to the time. Help is definitely needed as it is our only fund raiser & needed to keep the club and coach running.

Coach prices to stay same as last season:

Adults                  £13

Under 16s           £10

Membership will remain at:

Adults                  £2

Under 16s           £1

The first coach will run for the first league game on 12 August.

Away games were discussed. Tickets are very difficult to get through club so individuals might have to get their own tickets. This is something which will be looked at further.

The Club are running a 29 SEAT COACH to all home league games and cup games from 3rd round of FA CUP unless ITFC draw a Premiership club or Norwich. This means seats are limited you must book your seats, please contact Derek ASAP.

Financially the Club is in a good position thanks to Easter Egg Hunt, donations & 100 club. Please remember to check your 100 Club payments are up to date. Thanks also went to Caroline Drew for running the correct score draw which has been a good fundraiser this last season.

The Committee were very disappointed with attendance again and lack of emails with apologies.
