The meeting was held to start planning the Easter Egg Hunt

It was agreed the entry price would be held at £1 per ticket which would get 2 eggs.

Jim said bacon had been sorted out

Still needed was 100 baps (since ordered), 500 cream eggs, 5 medium Easter eggs and 1 large Easter egg

Iain has given £30 with bookers card for the Mini Eggs. These will need to be put in individual bags, the plan is for 5 or possibly 7 Mini Eggs per bag.

It was agreed 400 grey blocks & 75 red blocks would be put out so we don’t run out as happened last year. This allows for 25 for old blocks or any problems (there won’t be any)

Stuart is going to ask at KCA meeting early Feb it they will do catering again 50 – 50 basis, we will supply everything.

After the meeting Stuart has added:

We need tea, milk, sugar, coffee, brown/red sauce, soft drinks coke etc. It might be worth asking on coach for donations especially from those who are not able to help on the day.

On the day help will be needed with car parking, selling egg hunt tickets, raffle tickets and general marshalling.
